I'm thinking of volunteering to be part of the Executive, is it a big commitment?
The level of commitment varies depending on the role. All Executive members should plan to attend the monthly PAC meetings (usually the 1st Tues. of the month from Sept-Jun). Full descriptions of the Executive roles can be found on the school website. A summary of the commitment level and primary responsibilities are included below.
**Position is well-suited to any parent, including those who are only available in the evenings.
Are there rules that govern the PAC?
Yes, each PAC has a constitution & bylaws that they must follow. Our PAC constitution & bylaws can be found online. The constitution & bylaws can be amended as needed (See Section XI). We are also governed and monitored by SD43.
